This is the first in a series of animation-specific newsletters to be released in 2010.  The existing mailing lists were re-arranged from their previous set-up to be more targeted to specific markets.

BL:ND’s new release was sent specifically to production and TV departments to showcase their latest work and drive new business.

Although no work was reported to come directly from this newsletter, the statistics boosted from previous campaigns to a 35% open rate followed by an 8% click rate, with most traffic driven to watch the animation.

Copy and stills were supplied by BL:ND; the newsletter was edited, composed, sent and fuelled by social alchemy.  A fantastic start which will be adapted for optimisation over the coming months.
